Christine Heathman CME, LMT is a licensed Master Aesthetician, esthetic pioneer and nominated Legend in American Aesthetics who has practiced clinical skin care for over 25 years. Synonymous with Age Management, Christine is a powerful speaker, world-wide lecturer, educator, author of several skin manuals, has written hundreds of skin science editorials, recently selected to the editorial board of a leading skin journal and is an innovator in the research and development of unconventional and progressive skin care & protocols used in the most prestigious skin care & medical clinics all over the world. A leader in her industry, Owner and CEO of GlyMed Plus, a professional only skin care line, Christine has appeared several times on the popular health care program, The Doctors, to share her skill and expertise in Medical Skin Care. Recognized as a major influence in the field of Aesthetics by the American Aesthetician Education Association, Christine has remained steadfast loyal to the professional, applying her extensive knowledge and experience to facilitate American Esthetics and remains a commanding and authoritative influence in the skin care industry today.
Jon McDaniel
Vice President, Business Operations
As a sales executive for a state non-profit organization and a multi-national corporation, Jon has developed and led sales teams which have exceeded annual revenue projections. Jon has worked for reputable companies including Xerox, Sunstone Development and Minnesota Diversified Industries where he ensured the customer was always top priority. Jon's motto is "care for the customer beyond the point of order," which means total commitment to customers, both large and small. Jon’s extensive experience in sales, business development, finance, human resources and customer relations plays an integral part in his role as Vice President of Business Operations. Jon leads the GlyMed Plus sales team in expanding and serving our client base and global brand exposure through personalized relationship building and implementing key sales growth strategies. Jon received a Master's in Business Management from Hamline University and earned a Bachelor's in Public Administration from University of Utah. Outside of his professional life, Jon is a dedicated father who enjoys spending time with his 4 boys and wife, Deb. He also plays and coaches baseball & football and enjoys snowboarding.
Amy Johnson
Manager of Marketing & Communications
Amy has over 10 years experience in developing and launching successful products and brands and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that have increased sales. As a Brand and Product Marketing Manager, Amy has developed and marketed numerous personal care and nutritional products for companies such as Nu Skin, Tahitian Noni and Genesis PURE. Amy is skilled in writing creative copy and producing unique marketing material for both print and digital media communications. She has an extensive understanding of the skin care industry and has demonstrated success in a leadership role, leading cross functional teams, presenting to large groups and motivating others to build on their skills. Amy likes to garden and spend time with her husband and three children.
Michael Franco
Manager of Operations & Warehouse
As Manager of Operations, Mike oversees logistics, warehousing, distribution and property and inventory management. He also does the product photography for GlyMed Plus’ many needs. Mike’s personal commitment to keep all products in stock and delivered in the quickest, most efficient way possible has been an invaluable asset to GlyMed Plus. Before moving to Utah, Mike studied aviation mechanics at Wyoming Technical Institute and was the Supervisor of Logistics and Warehousing at Diablo Valley College Book Center in Pleasant Hill, California. Mike is an experienced and talented photographer and artist and enjoys snowboarding, biking, and spending time with his family.
