Marie's Gift

Our Marie's Gift program seeks to empower cancer patients and survivors whose skin has been affected by oncology treatments. This charitable program was created in honor of Christine Heathman's aunt, Marie Smith Chakirian, who died of cancer in September 1996.

Through Marie's Gift, we donate oncology-safe skincare products to those who have recently undergone or are undergoing oncology treatment. Our goal is to rehabilitate the skin from the harsh side effects of radiation and chemotherapy while uplifting these patients as they realize their inherent beauty.

Breast Cancer Research Foundation

In addition to Marie's Gift, GlyMed+ proudly supports the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). This independent, non-profit organization strives to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world's most promising breast cancer research. More than 250 researchers work with BCRF to find solutions to this deadly disease. To aid their efforts, we donate to BCRF every year in October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Tunnel To Towers Foundation

Founded after 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families and builds smart homes for injured veterans and first responders. The foundation also works to eliminate veteran homelessness and ensure America never forgets the catastrophic events of 9/11.

We stand by our American heroes by donating 3% of our Memorial Day Sale proceeds to Tunnel to Towers each year.

Major Brent Taylor Foundation

Major Brent Taylor was a man who dedicated his life to serving others. For over 20 years, he served in the Utah Army National Guard and was on his fourth combat deployment when he died in Afghanistan in November 2018.

Through the Major Brent Taylor Foundation , his family seeks to carry on his legacy by training service-oriented leaders from all walks of life, honoring military members, first responders and their families and engaging community members in meaningful acts of service.

GlyMed+ proudly contributes to the Major Brent Taylor Foundation every year on September 11 in honor of all U.S. military members who have died in combat.
